The plugin was planned around a clear WooCommerce need: making grouped products easier to manage while allowing store admins to work with existing products in a more flexible way.
Project Story:
WooCommerce can be powerful, but certain product workflows can become frustrating when store admins need more control or a simpler process. This plugin was planned to improve how grouped products are created and managed.
The focus was on making the workflow practical for real store use, especially where existing products need to be grouped, updated or displayed together without unnecessary admin effort.
This project shows my ability to identify a store management problem and plan a custom tool around it.
